I’m probably better off calling this a ‘dedesign’ since that’s pretty much what I did, stripped it down to nothing. But I like it this way, it’s simple, clean, and very usable. My goal for the redesign was all about focusing on making the content more accessible. Since this is a blog the content is the most important thing. I really wanted to bring it out.

So I’ve been a little slow with the posting lately, I’m sorry! I was busy trying to get this blog redesigned. I never was pleased with the old look and always had plans to change it, finding the time has been another story.

Along the way I’ve gone through several different designs that all ended up getting thrown out. Each time they would start coming out very nice, but they were all a little to flashy and took away from the main goal, the content. It was hard because I really wanted to try and showcase some of my talent, but overall I’m very happy with the way it turned out. I hope you like it as well.

The process has been a long one. I spent countless hours on some of the designs that got thrown out, but I wasn’t going to stop until I was happy. My original plan was to have it ready for the Spring Reboot, didn’t make it. Next, I tried to get it done for the 9rules submission, that didn’t happen either. But like I said, I didn’t want to stop until I was completely happy.

I took a quick glance on IE and I realize there’s a couple bugs. I do plan on fixing those here in the next couple days. If you experience these bugs I apologize, but more importantly what are you still doing using IE? Get FireFox.

If you experience any bugs (besides IE) please let me know so I can fix them. I value every one of my readers opinions, so I would love your feedback, good or bad.
